My name is Sterling Sanders better known as The Kardio King from Gym God Training. I've been athletic my entire life and have always worked out. Back in 2015 I decided to get serious about training along with my best friend, Chad Jenkins known as Gym God Zeek. He encouraged me to become certified and the rest is history. Today we both have personal training facilities. Gym God Zeek's facility is located in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area, and my facility is located in the Metro Atlanta, GA area.
